Cancellation and insurance

The need to cancel your holiday before the start of your journey is undesirable, but sometimes unavoidable.

Cancellations made at least 45 days before your arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made after this date until 2 weeks before your arrival will be invoiced at 70% of the total price. Cancellations made one week before your arrival will be invoiced at 90% of the total price and if you arrive late or depart early, we must unfortunately charge the full price.

An effective means to protect you against this type of payment is called trip cancellation insurance, as it is legal to charge cancellation fees according to EU standards.

We recommend our guests purchase a travel cancellation insurance to avoid paying a cancellation fee if you are unable to travel due to illness or other justifiable reasons. The premium is 5% of the total price.
