General Information
Our guests have the option of having dinner (large salad and antipasti buffet and 4-course choice menu) at our neighbouring hotel Schenna Resort 4*s, at a special price of € 48.00 per person. We will be glad to arrange your reservation.
Children up to the age of 2 stay free of charge in their parents' room. Children up to the age of 6 stay in the parents' room free of charge (overnight stay), we only charge € 10.00 per child and day for food. Children from 6 to 12 years of age receive a 50% discount if they are accommodated in their parents’ room. A 30% discount applies for children between 12 and 16 years of age.
Dogs are welcome at Hotel Landhaus Innerhofer, if we are informed in good time. Out of respect for our other guests, please do not bring your dogs to the lawn area or into the dining room. During the summer months, there is al fresco dining (also covered). We charge € 5,00 per day. Please bring a dog bed and feed your four-legged friend on the balcony or in the bathroom.
Reservations are binding after receiving mutually signed confirmation. For organisational reasons, we reserve the right to allocate the rooms. The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 a.m.
If you arrive after 6 p.m., please inform us so that we will keep your room.
The income from the local tax is used for developing and maintaining infrastructures, hiking trails and services, as well as for organising cultural and sporting events. The local tax of € 3.30 per guest and overnight stay is collected by the hotel. Children and adolescents under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. The local tax is due on departure and is shown separately on the invoice.
You can pay your invoice by cash, EC card, Visa or Mastercard.
Cancellation conditions and travel cancellation
Cancellations can be unpleasant for both parties, but are sometimes unavoidable.
If measures are in force at the time of your holiday that do not allow you to travel, e.g. travel warnings, travel restrictions or closed borders, we will of course waive the cancellation fees, otherwise our normal conditions will apply. Many thanks for your understanding.
Cancellations made at least 45 days before your arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made after this date and up to 2 weeks before arrival will be invoiced at 70% of the total price. Cancellations made up to 1 week before arrival, will be invoiced at 90% of the total travel price and in case of late arrival or early departure, we will unfortunately charge the full price.

FormularThere is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (notification in accordance with Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code - Legislative Decree 206/2005), but we are happy to grant you the aforementioned cancellation conditions.
